SFR Brigade

I'm the blogger at Reading Reality. I'm also a librarian. 

I've always loved SF and Fantasy and SFR. Tolkien and Star Trek and Pern were probably my "gateway drugs".

These days, I review books and write a lot about why ebooks are the new normal in libraries.  

I review ebook romances for Library Journal, one of the major sources for book reviews for library collection development. I wrote their Best Ebook Romances of 2011 list. One of those top 5 books was SFR. As it should be.

Because I believe ebooks are the new normal, I started a service on my blog called Ebook Review Central. Every Monday, I pull together the links for all the reviews for one publisher's ebooks. And I feature three titles that had the most "buzz" for that month. I look at Carina, Dreamspinner, Samhain, Riptide, Astraea, Liquid Silver and Amber (Quill, Allure, etc.) A lot of those are SFR.

So I don't write SFR. But I read  it. A lot. And I also push it. And occasional pull and prod it. But it's only because I love it so much.
