Hi gang, If your stories are available in the kindle store, let me know, and I'll do a SF/F romance post over at Kindle Geeks. It's a new blog, and I can't gaurantee fame and fortune, but I use affiliate links, so I do know I sell some ebooks for folks. | |

Yup. I've got both a PG and R-rated versions of the same story. I know, I know. That sounds weird, but it really came about semi-naturally. First Duty was published by a small print-only publisher. I put out the ebook version and, when the print contract expired, I re-released it on my own. In the meantime, I was thinking that the story of a woman caught between duty and love could be expanded and turned into an adult version (e.g., with sex scenes). I changed the character names and title and sold it to Eternal Press.
Anyway, here are the books on Kindle links. The descriptions are identical except for the MC's name.
First Duty: http://www.amazon.com/First-Duty-ebook/dp/B003TJAW5W Nyra Hutchings, a young woman born into a life of servitude on a repressive factory planet, is desperate for a different life. When she's accepted into the Space Service Academy, run by the organization that enslaves her planet, she discovers the truth behind generations of rebellion. Now, she must decide what to believe, where her first duty lies, and fight for more than her life against impossible odds.
Ultimate Duty: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B004ASND8O Remy Belieux, a woman born into a life of servitude on a repressive factory planet, is desperate for a different life. When she's accepted into the Space Service Academy, run by the organization that enslaves her planet, she discovers the truth behind generations of rebellion. Now, she must decide what to believe, where her ultimate duty lies, and fight for more than her life against impossible odds.

Hey Lindsay, what a great idea. I have two available now with a third coming out in April. Mine are a cross between Sci-fi futuristic romance with the technology, etc and all and sci-fi fantasy with dragons.
A Noble Sacrifice (this one won the Eppie in 2008)

Hi! I currently have two books on the Kindle platform: Ran-Del has spent his entire life in the Sansoussy Forest; he's a hunter and a warrior until one morning when he becomes prey for a hunting party from a distant city. He wakes up to a different world, in a city from which there seems no escape. Among the strangers who hold him captive is a woman who seems to know more than she's willing to admit about why Ran-Del is there. Ran-Del Jahanpur is a warrior, bound by a strict code to a life he never chose but has come to accept. His wife Francesca Hayden was raised in the city, and is used to a softer way of life. When their family is at risk, the two of them find that neither honor nor civilization count for much compared to one small child's life. I have just found (and joined) the SFR Brigade, so let me know if this is the wrong place to be posting promotional links. Carmen blog: Carmen's Page
